Cyprus lowers betting tax

The House of Representatives in Cyprus decided to lower the betting tax from 25% on all football bets and 10% on horse racing to a flat 10% rate on the net income. 
The suggestion came from the Ministry of Finance that was worried on the rising of the illeagal betting systems available in the country.
